| TENNIS:
Swing into action
surrounded by lush, tropical foliage on two Har-Tru courts - which
are lit for night play - or on six Laykold courts. With an
on-site USPTA professional, players can receive personal, customized
instruction.
Tennis enthusiasts can also participate in a variety of scheduled activities - including ladies' and men's round robins, winning doubles strategy, and play sessions, stroke of the day lessons, junior clinics, drill sessions, and mixed doubles round robins. Guests may also reserve use of courts and tennis ball machines. For the ultimate learning experience, guests can participate in the four-day Gunterman Tennis School. With instruction based on individual skill levels, participants receive three hours of tennis instruction and lunch each day, drills, practice, and playing time. Along with a four-to-one student-to-teacher ratio, participants also receive a video analysis and private one-on-one sessions with USPTA professionals. Special accommodation rates are available. TENNIS GARDEN SHOP: With the right outfit and equipment, swing into action on the court. The tennis store offers a variety of apparel as well as equipment rentals and purchases - including rackets and ball machines. |
